You know your body best.
When something’s out of sync, your hormones might be part of the story.
Your endocrine system thrives on balance, and when it's off, your body can send strange signals. If any of these symptoms apply to you, it’s time to check in, not just push through:
- Fatigue (energy ghosted you)
- Hot flashes
- Night sweats
- Less interest in sex (#not-tonight)
- Moodiness
- Brain fog (difficulties with concentration, can't find the right words)
- Sleep issues (falling asleep? sure. staying asleep? ha!)
- Your body's exhausted, but at 2am your mind's like, "Let's unpack that embarrassing moment from 2007."
- Weight gain
- Body aches, muscle weakness, exercise recovery takes longer
- Thinning hair
- Changes in sexual function (your "O" is more "(sigh) Oh....?")
- Vaginal dryness, painful sex, or bladder problems - increased need to urinate, leaking
- Feeling cold (you're the freeze baby that runs your space heater - against policy - at work)
- That “blah” feeling that just won’t quit...
Hormonal shifts are real, and so are the solutions. Let’s get to the root of what’s going on and help you feel more like you again.
Medically-Guided, Expert-Driven Care
Every plan starts with a full intake and lab review, led by a board-certified women's health nurse practitioner and a board-certified OB/GYN physician. Andrea Koch, NP, has practiced women's health for 26 years and holds a functional medicine certification from the Institute for Functional Medicine. Dr. Christopher Ott, MD, completed his OB/GYN residency in 2004 and brings 22 years steady, experienced clinical perspective to our hormone care team. For women, that often means balancing what we call the Hormone Hat Trick: testosterone, estrogen, and progesterone, plus their ally, thyroid. Dosing isn't generic. It's matched to your labs, rechecked six to eight weeks after starting, and adjusted from there.
DUTCH Hormone Testing & Lab Interpretation
DUTCH testing measures the way you metbolize estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and your daily cortisol pattern, giving a more complete picture than blood work alone. We don't just order labs - we sit down and and walk through what each result means for your hormone plan, whether it’s a simple interpretation or a deeper dive using DUTCH Cycle Mapping across your cycle.
Comprehensive Lab Panels
Our lab panels range from a Comprehensive Initial Panel for a starting snapshot of your hormones and metabolic markers to a Comprehensive PLUS Panel that adds even more if you're wondering about inflammation, insulin, and more. Already have labs from somewhere else? We'll review them through a hormone-specific lens and offer a second opinion.
Men's Testosterone & Hormone Therapy
Low testosterone doesn't have to mean daily gels or feeling the ups-and-downs of injections. Our experienced clinicians bring the same hormone expertise to men that we do to women - we offer all forms of testosterone therapy, including pellets. Your dosing is based on your labs and rechecked on a consistent scheudule to keeep levels smooth and predictable.
